- Anthropic is not on Trading 212 today. The company has filed a Form S-1, and Trading 212 has not confirmed that it will offer the shares at the IPO or afterwards.
- The price and the listing date are not set. The S-1 leaves the price range blank. Reports, not the filing, put a debut in the week of 16 November 2026.
- The intended ticker is ANT. Anthropic has applied to list Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. That symbol is not trading yet.
- A Trading 212 pre-listing order is not an IPO allocation. Trading 212 says those orders execute when public trading begins, at a market price that can differ from the offering price.
When investing, your capital is at risk and you may get back less than invested. Past performance doesn't guarantee future results.
Anthropic is not a listed share yet, and Trading 212 has not confirmed that you will be able to buy it. On 26 October 2026, Anthropic, PBC filed a Form S-1 for Class A common stock. The filing says the company has applied to list that stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol ANT. The same cover page leaves the initial public offering price blank, and it does not set the number of shares. The registration statement is not effective.
Yahoo Finance reports that Anthropic is aiming to debut in the week of 16 November 2026, citing the Wall Street Journal and Reuters. That date is not in the S-1. Treat it as reported, not as a company announcement, and expect it to move.
This page follows the same route as our SpaceX guide for Trading 212, with one difference: SpaceX is already listed, and Anthropic is not. The company figures, the Long-Term Benefit Trust and the Class F voting share are explained in our Anthropic guide for European investors. What follows is the broker process, and only where Trading 212 has published it.

The basicsCan you buy Anthropic on Trading 212?
Not today. A search of Trading 212's help centre on 2 November 2026 finds a general guide to pre-listing orders for IPOs and a SpaceX IPO article. It does not find an Anthropic or ANT article, and this page does not claim that the app will show the name.
Trading 212 describes four phases for an IPO. In the Announced phase, the IPO is public but no price is available: you can find the company in the app, and you cannot place an order. In the Upcoming phase, an indicative price range is published, usually one to two weeks before the listing, and pre-listing orders can be placed. In the Priced phase, the official offering price for institutional investors is set, and pre-listing orders can still be placed. In the Live phase, retail trading starts and pre-listing orders are sent for execution.
Trading 212 is explicit about what a pre-listing order is not. It says these orders do not let you participate in the IPO allocation that happens before the stock is trading. The price you would pay, if an order later becomes possible, is the market price when public trading begins. Trading 212 says that price can differ drastically from the indicative range and from the official offering price.
Step by stepHow to buy Anthropic on Trading 212, step by step
Use these steps only if Anthropic later appears in your own account. They describe Trading 212's published Invest process. They are not a statement that the listing will happen, or that Trading 212 will carry it.
What it costs
These are Trading 212's published Invest charges. They are not an Anthropic quote, because the share is not there to buy. Trading 212 says the only fee it charges on an Invest account is the FX fee, at 0.15%. It lists the trading commission as free and the custody fee as free. Exchanges and tax authorities can charge their own fees, and those are shown on the review screen before you confirm a trade. Other fees may apply. See terms and fees.
The S-1 applies to list Class A shares in the United States. Trading 212 says that when you deal in a currency other than your account currency, the trade is converted at the spot rate plus a 0.15% FX fee. A euro or sterling account buying a US dollar share would pay that fee on the way in and on the way out. The FX fee does not apply to dividend payments.
Sources: Trading 212 help centre pages on Invest fees, the FX fee, fractional shares and the minimum order size stated for its instruments. The minimum is quoted from Trading 212's SpaceX article, which says the £1, $1 or €1 size is the same as for all other instruments. It is not an Anthropic confirmation.
Worth weighingThe risks worth weighing
Until the filing is effective and a broker shows a live instrument, the main risk is acting on a date or a price that nobody has set.
- The offer price is blank. The S-1 does not give a range. A news figure is not the price on the cover.
- The debut week is only reported. Yahoo Finance attributes the week of 16 November 2026 to the Wall Street Journal and Reuters. Anthropic can still delay or abandon the offering. The S-1 says the shares may not be sold until the registration statement is effective.
- Trading 212 availability is not confirmed. Nothing on an official Trading 212 page names Anthropic as an upcoming or live Invest instrument.
- You would not be buying the institutional allocation. Trading 212 says pre-listing orders stay pending until public trading begins, and they do not participate in the allocation.
- The accounts show a large net loss. For the six months ended 30 June 2026, the S-1 reports revenue of $16,286 million, an operating loss of $693 million and a net loss of $80,748 million. Most of that net loss is a fair-value charge on convertible notes and related instruments, not the operating loss. The full table is in our Anthropic financials section.
- A new listing can gap. Trading 212's IPO help lists sharp swings, wider spreads and no guaranteed fill among the risks of trading an IPO.

- Trading 212 has not confirmed that Anthropic will be offered
- The S-1 price range and the first trading day are not set

If you would rather not buy right away
You do not have to do anything before a listing exists. Read the Form S-1 first, including the risk factors and the share structure. Our Anthropic page sets out the revenue, losses, cash and the Class F vote in one place, and it explains why a private offer is a different product from a listed share.
Some investors wait until a price range is printed in an amended filing, or until the share has traded for a while. Others prefer a fund to a single company. Our ETF guide and our dollar-cost averaging guide cover those routes. The SpaceX listing is a separate company. Its result is not a forecast for Anthropic.

Frequently asked questions
No. As of 2 November 2026, Trading 212 has not published an Anthropic instrument page or an Anthropic IPO help article. Its help centre explains a general IPO process and has a SpaceX article. It does not say that Anthropic will be offered.
That is not confirmed. Trading 212 says pre-listing orders do not let you participate in the IPO allocation that happens before the stock is trading. If an order is available later, it is sent for execution when public trading begins.
In its Form S-1, Anthropic says it has applied to list Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under ANT. The registration statement is not effective, and the symbol is not trading. Trading 212 has not confirmed that it will use that symbol.
The S-1 does not announce a first trading day. Yahoo Finance reports that the company is aiming to debut in the week of 16 November 2026, citing the Wall Street Journal and Reuters. That date is reported, not confirmed, and it can change.
Not set. The S-1 says it is currently estimated that the initial public offering price per share will be between a blank dollar figure and a blank dollar figure. Do not treat a private valuation or a news report as the offer price.
Trading 212 says most instruments on Invest accounts can be traded fractionally, and that the minimum order size on its instruments is £1, $1 or €1. Anthropic is not one of those instruments yet, so this does not confirm that a fractional ANT order will be available.
Yes. Trading 212 says a newly listed stock can swing sharply, that the execution price can differ from the earlier range, and that an order may not fill. Anthropic's S-1 also reports a net loss of $80,748 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Only invest money you can afford to lose.
